Business Workspace End User Agreement
This agreement governs your use of the APS Business Workspace, including its planning tools, Roz AI assistance, and any accounting connection we make available. “APS,” “we,” and “us” mean Advanced Planning Services. By using the Business Workspace, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a business, you confirm that you have authority to use its information and to accept these terms on its behalf.
What the workspace does
APS provides tools for business planning, discussion, analysis, and preparing reports. Features may be in preview or unavailable until clearly enabled. We may improve, change, or withdraw features, and we will not represent a preview as a connected service.
Your account and information
Keep your account credentials private and provide information you are authorized to share. You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide. You permit APS and its service providers to process them only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Business Workspace as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload information you lack permission to use or use the workspace unlawfully.
QuickBooks Online
If the QuickBooks Online connection becomes available, connecting a company requires an authorized user to approve access through Intuit. APS will use authorized accounting information to provide the analysis or reports you request. APS will not ask for your QuickBooks password. You can revoke a connection through your Intuit account; contact APS if you also want us to address data held in the Business Workspace. QuickBooks is an Intuit service governed by Intuit's own terms.
AI guidance and decisions
Roz and other automated features may make mistakes or omit important context. Their output is informational support, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or employment advice. Review source data and important conclusions with a qualified professional before making decisions. You remain responsible for decisions and for any report you share.
Availability and support
Internet and third-party services can be interrupted. Contact us if you encounter an error or need help with your account. Fees for any paid APS service must be presented and agreed to separately; this agreement does not itself authorize a charge.
Changes and contact
We may update this agreement as the service changes. We will post the updated text and effective date here; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate account or service notice. Questions may be sent to info@aps.now.
