Business Workspace Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Advanced Planning Services (“APS”) handles information in the Business Workspace, including Roz AI assistance and any QuickBooks Online connection we make available. It applies to information you give APS through this workspace, not to Intuit's separate service.
Information we handle
We handle account and contact details you provide, such as name, email, phone number, company, and address; business figures, plans, reports, and other content you enter; conversation text and audio you choose to send to Roz; and technical information needed to run and protect the service. If you authorize QuickBooks Online after the connection is enabled, we may receive the company identifier, authorization tokens, and the accounting reports or records needed for the analysis you request. The QuickBooks connection is not active in the current public preview.
How we use information
We use this information to operate your account, provide the Business Workspace and requested analysis, prepare reports, respond to support requests, and maintain service reliability and security. We do not ask for or store your QuickBooks password. We do not sell Business Workspace or connected accounting data.
Services that process information
APS uses service providers for hosting, account authentication, and AI-assisted conversations and analysis. Content you submit to Roz may be sent to our AI provider to generate a response. If you connect QuickBooks Online, Intuit handles the authorization and provides the information you approve. These providers process information in connection with the services they supply; their own privacy notices explain their practices.
Your choices and control
You can choose what business content to enter and whether to use voice or an available accounting connection. An authorized QuickBooks user can revoke access through Intuit. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by APS, or to ask about a connection, email info@aps.now. We will evaluate your request, including information we must retain for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.
Retention and security
We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, support your account, meet legal obligations, or resolve security and operational issues; the period depends on the information and its purpose. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. If you download or share a report, you are responsible for how that copy is handled.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the Business Workspace changes. The effective date above shows when this version began. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide an appropriate notice. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@aps.now.
